Your tasks
- Independent management of the demanding and strategically most important go-to-market projects with the declared goal of successful project processes and product launches
- Controlling cross-functional teams and solving interdisciplinary challenges, together with colleagues, especially from the product and sales organization
- Management and moderation of a wide range of stakeholder interests
- Leading project and top management meetings with high visibility within the company
- Continuous increase in efficiency using strong method and project management know-how
- Target group-oriented preparation of project content for both top management and operational teams
This is what you bring with you
- Completed university degree in business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in (partial) project management, change management or management consulting, ideally in the context of sales projects or units
- You are very good at working with abstract concepts, understanding processes and difficult issues and developing solutions for them
- You are characterized by very good presentation and communication skills with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- You think in solutions and not in problems, are intrinsically motivated and approach your stakeholders with foresight
